I am making this my go-to hair salon. The place is beautiful, the quality of treatment fantastic, the no fuss customer service refreshing and the little extras all thought of (e.g. delish coffee and madeleine and a hot towel after the hair wash in the most comfortable fully reclining chairs). My only quibble was that a customer after me was told I arrived late so her service was going to be a little late. I actually came half an hour early on the request of the salon so that was a bit cheeky!
