I booked a haircut with the owner,I was left waiting for 40mins,i was passed to another hairdresser because the owner was chattingto a friend, when given to the italian hairdresser (who is lovely no faults with him) he cut my hair1mm theres still split ends, half way though he went on to wash the hair of a new customer whilst i, having not been asked if my hair cut was OK,the owner blow dried my hair, no mirror to look at it, then ushered me out of the door. Awful service. Wish I went elsewhere
