Underwhelming unfortunately. Was nervous to get my hair chopped off due to past bad experiences yet wanted to give a new salon a chance as it was rated 5* but really wasn’t up to the standards I saw from the reviews. I really did want to like it :( Perhaps I was just unlucky and my hairdresser was having an off day.
