This was a real shame, I tried to enjoy my experience but it was so difficult. It was my 30th birthday and I wanted a big bouncy blow dry. Firstly I waited 45/50 minutes after my appt time and he didn’t come over once to update me. His apology was half arsed. He then said my hair wouldn’t hold bouncy even though it did at another salon. He tugged at my hair so hard and normally I’m good with people pulling my hair around but this was extra. Also used Superdrug hairspray?!
