Rachael was very very experienced, not only did she do a fantastic half head highlights but she also incredibly knowledgeable about hair care and ensured and clearly cared about the health of my hair. Something a lot of salons don't really care about. Had my hair done by Chloe also, she is incredible as well! Again, clearly very experienced and knows what she's doing, also best chat I've had with a hairdresser ever!
