Dropped my 13-year-old off for a trim. As 13-year-olds are indecisive yet picky, she was easily steered in the right direction by Rachael. Her hair is exactly what my daughter wanted and looks great. As we are new to the country, really appreciate the ability to find, schedule and pay for the service online, Rachael was waiting for us to arrive. Great experience, will be back in the future.
