I’ve been going to Oh My Nails for some time now and one of the ladies is simply not very good or provides decent customer service. Once she put my acrylics on lop-sided. Another time my shellac chipped within days. Moreover I feel that she laughs at me and looks down on me. Last time I went she said my nails are ‘thin’ - the only people that I let touch my nails in the last year are from this salon! Sorry, but I’m going elsewhere from now on - a shame because the other lady who often does my nails is great.
