I’ve been to Oh Fleurs several times and the experience has been generally good - today not so much. When I made the booking on Treatwell, I specifically selected Sabine as the nail technician but when I arrived was sat in front of someone else who is clearly new to the salon. I appreciate new employees need to be trained on customers but when a customer chooses a specific technician when they make their booking this should be honoured. My manicure today wasn’t the typical good quality - messy
