Beautiful shop. Had an appointment booked and then they emailed to push it back, then when I arrived I waited for 20 additional minutes. Manicure took an hour which is slower than usual. My tech often swiped the gel she got on my skin with her finger and pushed it under my nail, meaning I had a crust to dig out afterwards. Curing lamp had way too many heat spikes. Appreciated that they mixed me a custom colour. Has started to chip after one week. Lovely customer service though.
