I paid £83 for BIAB with extensions and only asked for nail art if time allowed. They said yes, but clearly rushed it. The result was lumpy, uneven, and poorly done. No one asked if I was happy but I left quietly because the staff were kind. Later, I sent timestamped photos from the same day to explain that the quality didn’t justify the price, but was told to pay again to fix it. Despite multiple polite messages, they ignored my follow-up. Really disappointing service and even worse aftercare.
