I came in for biab with some coloured orbs and a chrome frame. The tools used weren’t sanitised beforehand and the work station was dirty. My nail technician didn’t apply the biab in an even layer so my nails look thick and uneven, despite me asking for my nails to be filed and the gel to be applied ima thin layer. The end result is not worth the £68 I spent. My nails anre uneven, the biab looks clumpy and the nail art looks bad. Very disappointing as I’d heard great things.
