I've been coming to Oh Fleurs for BIAB every 3/4 weeks for a year now. They are so good at both a perfect clean mani and funky nail art - the only difficult part is deciding what design to get!

I was quite disappointed that no credit or goodwill gesture was offered after I accidentally booked extra nail art. As a loyal client of over a year who has also referred several customers, I had hoped for some flexibility. The issue wasn’t about the cost itself, but rather feeling valued as a returning client. A small accommodation could have made a significant difference from a client retention perspective.
