Very disappointed, one star — if I could give zero stars or less, I would. I come to this salon every three weeks and usually have no issues, but this time was awful. I was 3 minutes late, then made to wait 5 minutes. I was told there was no time for what I wanted. The tone was raised and disrespectful. I offered to wait or reschedule, but they argued for 10 more minutes and then threatened to charge a cancellation fee on top of the service. I will never come back.

Hailey was absolutely amazing! The place as a whole was great, all of the staff were very kind and welcoming and accommodating. I noticed that a lot of the other people knew the staff and were long-term clients which gave me a great impression to start with. Also, Hailey absolutely nailed what I wanted!!! This is some of the best nail shaping I’ve ever had! I was really impressed. The precision with the BIAB was great. I did a BIAB infill. 10/10 recommend and will be back!!!
