Really disappointing experience. I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment to start, the lady doing my dipping powder left cracks, it was then getting to closing time and another technician took over and just did gel of a similar colour to speed up. The french tips were rushed because the staff wanted to go home (they were cleaning for closing and almost all staff had already left). They didn’t charge me full price to compensate but it was a poor experience.
