I've had a couple sessions of Reflexology massage on my feet, hands and ears. It has definitely helped me with my migranes and it improved my sleep since the first visit. Cannot recommend enough. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Due to the nature of my work in the past, which was mostly carrying heavy loads, I have developed a slipped disk. This has caused a severe leg pain as well as numbness in my toes.
I had a couple of ''once a week'’ appointments, where after about two I started noticing a significant improvement in my flexibility and tension relief (in my lower back, leg and feet).
During massage, Marcin was making sure the pressure is right and is not causing any discomfort. I can happily recommend Marcin.
