My name is Marcin Dominiak. Welcome to my website which is dedicated to showcasing my holistic massage therapies. Through many years of experience, I have developed an original method of massage, which is a combination of western and eastern massage schools. My massages are incredibly effective because apart from warming up the tissue, removing stiffness and toxins from the body, I primarily concentrate on the nervous and lymphatic systems with some additional elements of acupressure. I pay special attention to the fact that all systems in the human body are closely connected. This is reflected in my massage practice, as I don’t just target select parts of the body but instead treat it as a whole. I offer a whole range of different massages, including Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sciatica massage, and sports massage, as well as relaxing massage, anti-cellulite Chinese cupping and hot gemstone massage. One of the unique treatments I offer is a specific combination of massage on a specialised massage chair, where the upper back, shoulders, neck and head are treated. When on the table, I then focus on the lower back and legs. The treatment owes its effectiveness to the arrangement of the client’s body at different angles where I work on meridians (some elements of Shiatsu massage). This is known as anti-stress therapy because it loosens the muscles, facilitates lymph flow and rejuvenates the whole body. Treatments are designed to help reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, support recovery and help you move more comfortably. Rather than following the same routine for every client, your session is adapted to what your body needs on the day. Treatments can incorporate Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, myofascial techniques, MET stretching, neuromuscular techniques and targeted soft-tissue work.
Depending on the treatment booked and your individual needs, ODNOVA also offers Dry Needling, Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage and Indian Head Massage.
