Really bad ergonomics setup for the pedi, chair is too high for the wobbly stool used for the pedicure table. Leanne was perfect, did a great job. They lost my repeat custom, went in for my treatment, said my hands hurt & don’t want to have my manicure, was told that was fine, when I went to pay they tried to charge me with a late fee. Instant disappointed, this should have been mentioned at the beginning not the end. Refused to pay esp as my pedi felt like a gym workout vs relaxing set up.

Fantastic gel manicure and pedicure at Odette. The place is spotlessly clean (and really well organised, too!). The decor is calming and the staff are lovely. Most importantly, my hands and toes look gorgeous. Will definitely be returning!
