First of all the salon was still closed when I arrived at 9:30am. They were 10 minutes late in arriving & opening on a terrible weather day.
The person assigned was nervous & kept asking questions of the other therapist.
The therapist used the grinder to remove the old shellac & damaged my nails.
The manicure was acceptable but there was no attempt to do anything other than file & paint my nails, no cuticle clean up or moisturizer. The cost of £20 is exorbitant given the damage to my nails.

I had a great experience and the lady that attended to my nails pointed out to me that my index finger was swollen which I didn’t know it was my first visit and be rest assured it won’t be my last thank you
