I had to wait 20 mins despite appointment. Walk ins all accepted. Very crowded. Manicure done very fast. Cuticles not properly pushed back so polish not applied all the way down. Not a great finish. The pedicure was excellent

Had to wait for 15 min even tho I had a booking. By the time they took me the treatment was meant to be finished, therefore I was late where I had to be after that .
