This time, they didn't manage to realise a simple request and it was quite disappointing. In the end I settled for a cats eye but even then had to ask her to add more product as my nails looked uneven. Not worth the money sadly.

It was okay but definitely could be better. The venue is nice and comfy but the service so and so.
Pros: The nail technician who did my nails was friendly and helped me find the colours I wanted for my french tips.
Price is okay.
Cons: The take off was definitely not the best, she was rushing and hurt me a few times, my nails were sensitive.
Final nails are a bumpy to the touch and some even have visible marks.
Not totally convinced, I didn’t like the rushed service. Let’s see if they last.
