No reception point at the main salon so not seen/acknowledged straight away. Once guided upstairs quickly seen, physical questionnaire completed and massage was commenced. Checks made to confirm that the pressure was ok. Very pleasant therapist would use again.

Didn't enjoy it much unfortunately the room was a bit cold and not so clean. The treatment itself wasn't what I was hoping for.

My second visit at obedient Betty for a gel mani & pedi and I will return once my polish wears off!
Kia has done a fabulous job with my nails, I felt very comfortable and well looked after in the salon, everyone is lovely and so welcoming. Its now been 1 week since I had my treatment and my nails still look fabulous! I can't wait to return to choose another of their fabulous opi colours for my next treatment!
