Lovely lady who did my lashes and said they would last 4-6 weeks however by 3 days later a few had fallen out. By the end of the week I had maybe 5 in my right eye and 10 in my left eye. Very disappointed and had no response from my email regarding my disappointment

No reception point at the main salon so not seen/acknowledged straight away. Once guided upstairs quickly seen, physical questionnaire completed and massage was commenced. Checks made to confirm that the pressure was ok. Very pleasant therapist would use again.
Deep Tissue Massage
Didn't enjoy it much unfortunately the room was a bit cold and not so clean. The treatment itself wasn't what I was hoping for.
