i was very disappointed. i did ask for a manager to contact me to resolve the issue but no response.
the sink area was dirty. the staff member remained on her mobile phone throughout my visit and during my procedure. it wss my first time having this treatment but she did not explain so i lost my money. aftercare advice was given ONLY when i asked. not impressed with the results. waste of money
