I didn’t like the experience at all. If I had known, I would have gone somewhere else. I paid £10 to remove the gel, but they just removed it very quickly without taking care of my nails. They didn’t even file them or anything. Very bad service, I will never go there again. Very disappointed. The girl was in too much of a hurry ,it wasn’t even 15 minutes, it was just 3 minutes, and she told me I could leave.

Tetiana did an amazing job. The drainage massage was both relaxing and effective I felt lighter and more refreshed afterwards. She is very professional and explains each step, which makes you feel completely at ease. The body wrap was wonderful as well, leaving my skin softer and cleaner. The place is spotless and gives a real sense of care and attention to detail. Definitely a level of service that stands out from many other places.

Good colour choice, very professional tech, very clean. They use hard gels which are incredibly durable and chip or scratch resistant even after tool heavy DIY. All instruments are single used or sterilised. Gives a sense of luxury and professionalism that most other nail places lack.
