I booked a last minute same day appointment for end of day. Lady called me immediately to inform they’d closed up. She was really friendly and apologetic and offered a refund or rebook. Refund processed there and then. Can’t comment on treatment or environment but the situation was handled really well and very nicely.

Stomach therapy with Noura has been really good and helped with old surgical scarring and stomach problems.
Salon is beautifully decorated and really clean!
