I am devastated by the service at this salon. I asked for soft, wavy hair, but I was left with a severe chemical burn and traumatic hair loss. The chemicals over-processed my hair so badly that it is now fried, breaking off, and clumping together, leaving large patches of my scalp completely exposed . While the salon issued a refund, it cannot fix the physical damage to my scalp or the psychological distress I am now suffering. I feel unable to leave my house and my confidence is shattered.

Tsection highlights patchy and uneven, bleach had bled out foils at the roots so now I have a yellow halo on the top of my head. The front face framing sections are uneven and one side has developed more than the other (one side is orange and one side is white) The salon was freezing, which was quite uncomfortable to sit in for over 2hrs. Salon was also outdated and didn’t feel clean. Overall left feeling disappointed and I now have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. Would not recommend
