I was contacted the day before regarding change to appointment time - this was handled well. Faz ensured that I came to the right place given the change in location of the salon. Excellent and efficiently carried out eye brow threading. Her handiwork has been appreciated by others. She is the best.

I booked a facial for my mum. The therapist took really good care of her. She left the spa a very happy lady indeed.
Location wise, it is a shame one needs to walk down the hotel corridor while rooms are being cleaned. Not the most auspicious of starts to a relaxing facial.
