Reahed shortly after appointment owing to detour. But Esther was warm and friendly. Told about car parking, and also offered a drink(I had water). Was friendly, engaging and professional. Made me feel at ease as I had not had manicre often and pedicure was in fact only the second time ever (not sure what to expect). Waxing and shaping of eyebrow by Faza was spot on. My eyebrows look great and I quite liked the end result. Will be going again.
