I hate to leave a bad review but I’ve been here twice now and the staff had no idea what was going on. Two women were taking photos of the booking on my phone trying to translate it. Eventually I was hesitantly lead to a room for my massage where the woman had such a bad cold/hayfever she could hardly breathe. Instead of blowing her nose she sniffed heavily and mouth breathed the whole time. Was not relaxing one bit! Not enough characters left for more but I’d like my £50 back 😅
