James was very professional but had excellent communication skills and did exactly what I wanted, he was obviously very experienced and my cut and blow was perfect. James was very efficient and took time to find out exactly how I wanted my hair. He was easy to talk to and created a very comfortable atmosphere. I have had lots of compliments on my hair since it was cut
