non communicative staff. overbooked, but took our treatwell reservation anyway. had to wait for at least 15 min to begin. the stylist brought her dog to work and was more concerned about the dog than the client. touching the dog and not washing hands afterwards. Not a relaxing pedicure experience at all, hardly any massage at all. not helpful when trying to choose a color. Then, another client loudly speaking on Factime and was very disruptive, the staff ignored her and did nothing .
