I was disappointed as I was made to pay additional 10 pounds to have one of my nails in a separate colour. Even when I agreed and mentioned the nails I wanted, the lady forgot and I had to remind her. Every time I put my hands in the lamp she would forget to press it to heat. I felt rushed, out of place and not relaxed at all. I wouldn't go back.
