Not sure I got the therapist I booked. But at least it wasn’t the man. Who happens to be quite rough especially with sensitive nail beds.
Not particularly happy with the results of lumpy the bio gel I did get, this is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed in the end product. Also had to pay for extras of course, sadly a bitter experience to be honest.

No towel to cover myself with
Running 15 minutes late then was on her phone before starting
One song played on repeat all hour from her phone, interjected by phone notifications
Questionable technique- painful twisting of skin, pinching, grabbing and nail scratches
Movements completed on one side weren’t always replicated on the other
Table too close to the wall, making it impossible to get into the right position to massage the right side of my body
