My pedicure never happened as the salon does not respect bookings. Waited for 20min and had to leave as there were no available therapists and they just sat down 2 more people who were already waiting. Not the first time this happens, will not be returning ever again

So unfair - stated what I booked and prepaid when I came in. They gave me extras (unbeknownst to me) and then charged me for them at the end! ☹️ never happened before and been coming here for ages. It’s left such a sour taste.
