Each time I’ve been here, all the staff have been so wonderful and welcoming. It doesn’t have the intimidating vibe that many nail salons do, and you are always offered a hot drink and made to feel as comfortable as possible. It’s evident they have built a loyal customer base due to their genuine care. The only place I’d go!

My therapist is not maya, it was done by 2 other therapist.It was jenny who’s then done the rest of the work.I’m a regular customer here and I wasn’t happy this time overall. My nails wasn’t properly cleaned, nails are not soaked first to soften the cuticles.Dry skin never removed. I felt it was rushed and waited 30 mins! And I was in the salon for almost 2 hours! Dirty table and equipments. Therapist used dirty gloves when putting cream and never give a slight massage at the end.will not return

Lovely friendly staff who were very accommodating but they were extremely busy at the time. Would definitely ring ahead to see if they have quieter times to come in
