It was not Kiki who performed the service but two other ladies.
The appointment was good overall but the ladies weren’t friendly. The pedicure looked good but manicure left my nails in a weird shape.

Unpleasant experience. Had to wait 20 minutes for a 10 minute appointment, when I had booked at a certain time. This salon is usually good though.
The nail lady did not apologise and was quite rough with my nails. She did not even bother saying hello or goodbye. It was not Zoe as mentioned on the app but Jia.
Please don’t allow bookings on Treatwell if you’re not going to honour the time and person booked.

Awesome service, a lot of care and attention went into my manicure. I was rushing on time and they accommodated my need without sacrificing service. Would recommend!

I got an appointment for eyebrow threading and was surprised by the final look! She was careful not to make my eyebrow thin, as I asked her. Highly recommend her! I am gonna try the facial massage here very soon ;)
