Natacha was absolutely lovely and the whole experience was excellent - had a manicure with my sister-in-law (she went for the full shellac, I had regular nail polish but both manicures were brilliant). It was a Saturday afternoon so the rest of the building was quiet as it's in a business park, but the NV Beauty Clinic is a haven of peace & tranquility. Natacha is professional & friendly and put us at ease and it was great value for money - we'll definitely be going back again!
