Natasha was very friendly and informative. The facial was very professionally done and I was really relaxed. Unfortunately the whole sense of relaxation was totally spoiled as a fire alarm went off abruptly rousing me from my relaxed state, had to jump off the bed and leave the building immediately undoing all the relaxation I had achieved, feeling totally startled! Such a shame!
