Appointment 2 with the charming Natacha Vilet for a much needed head , neck and shoulder massage .After some years of poor posture and neck breaking pillows I found myself in constant discomfort but Natacha found all my twist turns and knots and I left feeling a little battered (in a good way) but utterly relaxed with ease of movement returned to my neck and shoulders. She will now be my go to person for every muscular ache, pain or stiffness.
Also point worth noting is the location is easy find , parking excellent & therapy room with its ambient lighting and relaxing music is itself a little haven of tranquillity.

Having booked Skin Analysis and Choice of Facial with Optional Massage for only £19 I had not expected to have such a full , professional comprehensive treatment. I usually find Groupon vouchers often mean a condensed version of a treatment but this to my delight was the very opposite.
I got a full and in-depth analysis of my skin which revealed by strengths (low acne, low wrinkles) and my weaknesses (high UV damage , early signs of skin pigmentation , sensitive & poorly hydrated skin) . The full analysis with the pictures were later emailed to me for my information. The subsequent facial was personalised to address the very issues identified in the Skin Analysis and the arm and hand massage whilst I was waiting for the mask treatment to take its course meant I was utterly relaxed and pampered throughout.
Of all the clinics I have ever been to this is the first time anyone has looked below the surface and taken the time and care to explain how my skin has got to where it has. There was absolutely no hard sell of products or pressure to book more treatments. Instead each problem area was discussed and the possible steps such as increased hydration and potential treatments and their benefits were explained.
Natacha Vilwt is a consummate professional , I cannot recommend her highly enough , a hidden gem in Uxbridge . I walked away from this appointment not only with glowing skin but also knowing I had found a therapist in whom I had full confidence and trust .
