The treatments were fine but I felt they were very expensive and that more very expensive products were forced on me at every opportunity. She totally took advantage of me when I introduced my daughter as a client. instead of charging the £19 groupon offer plus extras that I was expecting she charged me £158! I would have become a loyal long term customer except that I felt I was being ripped off and when I tried to raise my concerns they were completely ignored.
