The manicure didn't include any soaking or massage, I had to ask for moisteriser after the treatment. It was more of a file and polish than a manicure. The pedicure was good, but I felt like the tools used weren't particularly hygienic. In addition the Shellac polish used was applied very thinly so within two days there was a slight chip on one of my thumbs. I don't think I would go again.

Not my best HD brows - had to ask for a couple of changes. The shape assessment at the start was just looking at a print out and selecting a shape rather than looking at what's possible with my current brows and what would suit me! Also the standard price is £28 not £45 reduced down to £28 as stated online (I'd suspected that anyway). Colour was good and shape okay, not worth expense. Threading was quite painful compared to normal and didn't feel or look as straight.
