This was a lovely treat with wonderful staff. The massaging chair is an amazing addition! The Lounge is not luxury but you get what you pay for and I was very happy and will return.

Zero points for personality I'm afraid, and the venue wasn't amazing, but the wax itself was super good and probably the least painful once I have experienced. Instead of using wax, putting on a fabric cloth and ripping this off, the wax itself set hard so you could pull it off. Maybe this was why the pain was so low - not sure. They managed to get everywhere though and it looks great so I'll be going back for sure!
