I have visited this business on two occasions for the same treatment. When I first went it was lovely and enjoyable, the lady talked me through what she was doing and why (I had never had it done before). The second could have been the same, except I think the nail technician was still in training and ended up shaving most my nail bed off. I did tell her it was rather painful, to which she continued to 'test shave' over the delicate area until I hastily removed my hand. My nails were very sore, fragile & dented. 1 1/2 weeks later and the scuff marks & ridges on my nail beds are painful & traumatic reminders of this experience. I really enjoyed my first experience and wanted to come back, now i'm scarred for what feels like life.
