The staff were so welcoming and friendly during the treatment and my brows had a good result at the end. I did have to really chase the therapists before the appointment to see if i needed to come in for a skin test as i had not had a tint before. 2 emails went unaswered and last minute phine calls and visits were made, which was annoying for me to follow up! Customer service during the treatment is brilliant, before treatment if you need anything, it is not good at all.

Love it! I've only had my nails done once before by this particular girl but it was just a quick repair so I couldn't get the full effect. This time I got full infills and I'm SO impressed. The attention to detail was so great!
