Lovely staff as always! And a good job done on the manicure in terms of prepping my nails etc. But disappointed the colour is totally different to try sample once there were two coats applied, not just darker but a very different colour tone, so really wish I'd picked a different colour or asked to see two coats before she did all my nails! Also have noticed some bubbles and flecks in some of the nails so am worried it not going to last two week, might pop back and asked for these ones to be fixed! Overall they always do a great job, it's just not as good this time!

Quite a painful wax compared to most. The girl waxed off too much at a time.

All the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The wax was quick but thorough. Will definitely be going back
