Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to!
The manager advised me to get gel extensions on my shorter nails, and didn’t mention any additional cost.
The young lady doing those, struggled, and took 45 mins to do 3. My nails burned under the drier which they said was normal.
Onto the pedicure, which apparently was a ‘dry’ treatment. Something I’ve never experienced in my 15 years of going to nail salons.
They then tried to put 2 different pinks on my hands and feet until I pointed out that it was a different colour and wasn’t in the usual bottle.
On leaving, the manager asked me for more money for the gel extensions that I never asked for.
I’m unbelievably disappointed with the entire service and would recommend you to steer clear of this place!
Annoyed that I spent one of my treatwell birthday vouchers on this appalling place!

Gel nail extensions done really well. But the pedicure seemed to be rushed. But overall a great experience

Nice local place, when the boss is there everything is always great but I find that when she’s not they are not as great with the customer service.
