This was my second visit and the pedicure I got wasn't to the same standard I had previously. The Staff member was very nice however I felt she rushed me a bit. The treatment was quite rough and she removed so much hard skin it left my foot lightly bleeding. I had also asked for her to check my nails as they were painful and remove any ingrown, but she didn't. I also booked in for a manicure at the last minute which was a bit disappointing, it was only cuticle removal and a file and polish, I would have expected a scrub and moisturise, therefore I didn't think it was good value for money.

Treatments great as usual, only reason haven't given 5 stars was I had to wait 40 mins after my booking time. Wouldn't put me off this venue though as they are really good at treatments
