The lady who runs the salon is absolutely lovely, and the salon itself is fine. However the technician who applied the shellac wasn't particularly friendly, she also didn't explain until towards the end of the treatment of how I needed to position my hands under the UV light, which has now had an effect on my nails already.
The shellac treatment is meant to last up to 3 weeks, my nails have in just over a week begun to chip and scuff. The price was fair but only if the treatment would last up to its full potential.
Also when the technician cut my cuticles, she was quite rough, but as this was only my second shellac treatment in my life, I just assumed it was her technique. This has caused a lot of the skin around my nails to split and be rough,
Overall I think the treatment just simply wasn't good enough.
