I regularly visit this salon and on this occasion, they were very short staffed as a member of staff had gone home sick. There were lots of customers waiting and giving the owner a hard time even though the circumstances were outside of her control. She dealt with everyone as best she could. I was still really pleased with my shellac manicure and I just hope it lasts as long as they normally do from this salon as I could tell the employee was quite stressed and under pressure, trying to get the treatment done as quickly as possible. This won't stop me coming here again as it is great value for money and usually great service.

Decided to treat myself to a mani, pedi and eyebrow tint/wax and am so dissapointed. My manicure was rushed, the lady seemed like her head was somewhere else and she was trying to get it done as quickly as possible so she can do something else. My nails were different lengths, sharp and jagged. I asked for my eyebrows to be tinted to my natural hair colour (light brown) but the lady kept the dye on for so long my eyebrows are now black. And lastly, to top off an awful pamper day, the lady who did my pedicure cut my feet to shreds with a razor when removing the hard skin. It's painful to walk on my feet at the moment!!
A very upsetting experience considering the prices aren't even that cheap! Will not be returning.

Always a pleasure to visit this salon, the staff and the treatment are excellent and frankly I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!! Simply Fabulous!
