I am usually really pleased with my shellac manicure here, the staff are great and the manicure and polish are almost always perfect. At my last trip I felt it wasn't quite up to scratch which is a real shame. However, I'll definitely be back as I really like the salon and have been almost always beyond happy with the quality of treatment but I think it's important to say when things aren't quite up to scratch.

Best hollywood in london. been back here 3 times and always so efficient and good. will definitely continue to return. top lip wax felt a bit rushed and had to tweeze a few hairs out when I looked in the mirror at home.
